ORDERING
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account gives you added benefits:
- Faster checkout process
- Easy access to order status and order history
- Updates on new arrivals and special promotions
What if I forgot my password?
On the login page, click “Forgot your password?” and follow the instructions to reset it.
What if I entered the wrong email address?
Please contact our support team as soon as possible. We can update your email address, name, or shipping address before your order is processed.
Please note that we are unable to modify the order items once it has been placed.
Do you charge in different currencies?
All transactions are processed in USD (US Dollars). If your credit card uses another currency, the final amount will be converted according to your bank’s exchange rate at the time of processing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.
We do not accept personal checks, money orders, bank transfers, cash on delivery, or debit card payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through SSL encryption technology. Your payment information is securely transmitted to our payment provider and is never stored on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at any time after they are placed.
If your order has not been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
In some cases, a cancellation fee of up to 30% may apply due to payment processing costs.

How do I enter my shipping address?
Please enter your shipping details in English characters only, including punctuation. If your address contains special or non-English characters, please replace them with standard English equivalents.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been processed or shipped. Please ensure your address is correct before completing checkout.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery time depends on your selected shipping method and destination.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24–48 hours.
Please note that delivery delays may occur due to customs processing in your country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send your tracking information via email. You can use this number to track your shipment online.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
No, only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
What if I am missing items in my order?
If any items are missing, please contact us immediately with your order details so we can assist you.
SHIPPING PROCESSING
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing time is typically 2–3 business days. Orders are usually shipped the following business day after processing.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, our support team will provide return instructions.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Please refer to our Return Policy for non-returnable items.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any related fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the item, and relevant details. We will review your case and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
How long does the return process take?
Once we receive your returned item, processing may take up to 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Credit/debit card refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
